This week I discovered the poem “Desiderata” by Max Ehrmann. It got me. There is, I think, some sound life advice within. I share the poem here, in case it also does others good.

I’ve done SO MANY book festivals and events which have, frankly, been an utter waste of time (no / small fee, low / no book sales) so it was AMAZING to do something where I got paid AND 400 children went home with copies of my book. With proper support, this could be done for more authors.
