A short thread on the Munster Raid of 10 October 1943 and the portrayal of it by MOTA. The show clearly states (at 11.30) the aiming point and MPI is the marshalling yard in the town. You can see it bottom centre in this clear weather picture from the day of the raid.

Known by her stage name Sarah Bernhardt, she became an actress who starred the most popular French plays of the late 19th and early 20th centuries. Forward observation post at Longues-sur-Mer Battery, Normandy. It was here that the scenes where Maj. Werner Pluskat (played by the brilliant Hans Christian Blech) first spots the approaching allied armada were filmed, in the 1962 classic, ‘The Longest Day’.
