I've said it before, I know, but I just love how much the Simplify rule in elm-review does, and so well. This rule alone does more than entire linters for other languages: I count over 420 documented code simplifications (without counting all the variations)! package.elm-lang.org/packages/jfm...

I don't think people realize how much faster you can ship with lamdera.com. In the time it takes your CI to complete its checks, I've already written and shipped my feature in Lamdera.

meetdown.app website (built with #elm and #lamdera) is SO fast, efficient and clean, that it takes me a second to realize that it did what it was supposed to do. My brain assumes it can't be THAT fast and some local error occurred. Maybe they should add a delay so I know somethings is going on 🤭

I think it's honest to say Elm 0.19.1 and the stdlib should be taken as an artifact frozen in time and left as-is to the community (even if it's not and Evan does urgent fixes and works on stuff BTS). We use it anyways because despite all that it is still useful as heck and superior to TypeScript

elm-watch is still the best developer hot-reload experience I've ever had, across the dozen plus languages I've used over the decades. If you work on language tooling, please take a look at elm-watch for inspiration! Cause I'd love that experience everywhere
