#FlowLITE is a modular, easy-to-build, bead-based assay for characterizing & quantifying absolute number of antibodies in small volumes (~10μL) of any fluid specimen. This is Justin Hahm’s Honors Thesis project (Highest Honors!). He was mentored by PhD student Alex Nazzari, the co-first author. 2/4
