Particularly since parkrun UK is heavily funded by public investment from Sport England specifically to increase female participation. Ergo SE is contracting out its public sector equality duty to PR. It must withdraw investment if PR continues to flout the law.

Parkrun has 4 categories: female, male, “prefer not to say” & “another gender identity”. So transwomen, most of whom retain a 10% male running advantage, can surely leave the female category to female runners & register in one of the other three.  How hard can it be?

People don't appear to get the relevance of the Supreme Court ruling for parkrun. The gateway condition for eligibility for a female category is being female. That's it. It's irrelevant if the activity is competitive. Any category called 'female' must be just that, female.
