RapidTO could be Olivia Chow’s Anne Hidalgo moment. Paint bus lanes on every major corridor, Robert Moses style. Call them pilot projects - NO community input until data collection post-implementation. Toronto has the continent’s best suburban bus network. Make it the envy of the world, overnight!

It's amazing how much attention the Bathurst/Dufferin RapidTO lanes are getting. They shouldn't be up for debate. It's making transit usable downtown vs ultra convenient street parking for a few people

something that these businesses on bathurst don't want you to know is that one of toronto's largest hospitals sits on bathurst. not only is street parking more important than 35k+ transit users, it's also more important than ambulances getting to hospitals on time & saving lives, per their claim

Integrating bike share with PRESTO would be such a game changer

Had a real shit transit day today. Waited for 45 minutes for a bus that's supposed to come every 20 minutes, missed a GO train by 20 seconds, then the next train half an hour later was delayed departing by 10 minutes. Days like this make me want to buy a car.

Not everything needs tons of consultation! Bus lanes are simple, there's not a lot of consultation needed

Toronto should install platform screen doors at every subway station as soon as possible. We don't let car makers build cars without airbags, we should have subways without screen doors.
