If you’ve read my work on Border Patrol coverup teams, then you know the agents are always portrayed as the victims in use of force incidents. It is pattern and practice.

You should know that @padilla.senate.gov is in the new HBO documentary Critical Incident, but he won’t talk about how CBP Commish Rodney Scott still using his coverup teams exposed in the film. They will do the same to Renee Good’s case. Senator Padilla is weak, feckless.

If you haven't watched this documentary, you need to. @jennbudd.bsky.social did an amazing thing that blew the doors open on Border Patrol cover-up teams. The same type of cover-up that we saw in Minneapolis. Tampering with the crime scene, removing evidence, it's all in the doc.

This is what @jennbudd.bsky.social has been warning us for years. The ICE+BorderPatrol Critical Incident Teams (now in collaboration w/FBI) will control the evidence + the outcome of this case as they did every other time that ICE or BP agents have killed an unarmed civilian with no accountability.

Tom Homan says wait for the investigation bc he knows the investigations of ICE, CBP & Border Patrol are corrupt & rarely find agents accountable. It’s to create time between the killing & their answers. This lessons the publics interest bc their anger wanes.

FYI: when immigration enforcement agents kill, they remove the shooter from the scene & will not allow investigators to speak to them for 72 hours. This is so they get the story straight w/union attorneys. No one else is afforded this privilege. CBP OPR, DHS OIG cannot be trusted. They are corrupt.
