UPDATE: my Iranian #adoptee friend has been granted asylum by DHS and the judge. She was adopted as a child but never received her citizenship. The PAAF Act would alleviate this process for all non-naturalized adult US adoptees. 🥚 #PassThePAAF P.S. she's one of the few fortunate adoptees.
