GAH! My R01 is being held up for public access non-compliance for two articles. All articles must be deposited in PubMed Central with zero embargo, but the publisher (in this case Elsevier) sets the embargo time. Has anyone encountered this issue? Open access papers are not embargoed, right? GAH

So glad to see this paper come out. Amazingly led by @tom-poss.bsky.social. Auditory working memory reconfigures task connectivity utilizing more supramodal and visual regions. Had a great time working on this data collection, the task design was challenging but learnt so many things in the process.

Really neat work by Fountas and colleagues at UCL: arxiv.org/abs/2603.04688 They propose that consolidation reflects a form of "predictive forgetting" that aids generalization.
