How does the brain integrate prior expectation with sensory evidence? 👀🧠💭 We show that sensory and action neural tuning play distinct roles in guiding visual decisions. Dampening expected action information drives confirmation bias, while dynamic sensory tuning explains speed-accuracy trade-offs.
