oral: CTCL global QOL scores & pruritis improve in both responders & non-responders (non-responders just have a delayed improvement). No pts with Sezary had severe CTCL symptoms by week 81! PRO benefit in both SS & MF.

- poor correlation between CGA and clinician-assessed ECOG/CARG (not surprising) - frail = most non-heme AEs (infx, cardiac tox) - fit/prefrail good OS; frail very poor OS We need to stop relying on ECOG for dose/tx optimization.
