Soriano's changeup has negative IVB and is really pretty nasty. Throws a pretty big slider more than anything else, followed by the change. He's a low-slot guy so the 4S isn't anything too impressive from a movement perspective. But good separation from the sinker, and both mid-upper 90s.

While I think "supplement the positional core while investing significantly in pitching" is probably the right strategy for the Orioles this winter, I think you at least have to gauge what the market would be for guys like Holliday and Mayo.
