Finished Touhou Healing Nature, a bit surprised with just how good this one ended up being. Played on hard and every time I thought I was getting ahead of the curve, I wasn't. Also using UFO Stage 6 song into a Hat World song banger is the easiest way to get me pointing and shouting at the screen

Sometimes you get blindsided by a touhou character you forgot even existed and end up liking them a lot

Today is the day

Tried Frogmonster on a whim (ty random steam review for Verho for pointing me at it). A pleasant surprise, I don't play fps generally and had a great time. The bosses variety/creativity is crazy, the guns are fun and got cool upgrades, the sound effects are the best I've ever heard. Game owns.

Well after far far too long, I am coming to the realization that my desk ergonomics are completely fucked, like a 35+ Inch height for my hands, which is probably why drawing more than ~20m feels pretty impossible. Dunno what I'm going to do about it yet though.

Note to future me: Please make sure your party is equipped for superbosses, I do not want to look at a year-old save and find that the best accessory in the game is simply not equipped to anyone

Finished all endings in Robot girl's dream -RobotBattleChampionship-. Charming game, translation is poor but it vibes with the game perfectly, somehow. Combat is interesting but when you're a knower you can completely break it. Basil ending #1. #1 Robot Yuri game

Finished Tobira no Densetsu today, had an absolute blast experiencing all of it. Great sense of adventure and the story holding well throughout the game especially considering the structure of the game is impressive. Absolutely follow a guide though, true end stuff matters a ton to the story.

I have reached enlightenment concerning the issue of "Too Many Game". Realizing I have a high interest in playing others' rpgmaker creative output to think deeply and learn, this "issue" has blown past any possibility of ever being "solved" and I accept it as a lifelong journey.

Going to try the grand strategy of not staying up to ass o' clock on the weekend and not sleeping in. Hopefully forces me into the mindset of "wake up and be productive quickly" as well as being a less of a miserable time overall

Tobiden is doing a lot of ambitious things, but one of the more understated aspects of the game that I especially like is the mission counter. Short, world-building adventures that you can go on at any time.

The Legend of Door/Tobiden experience where you're having fun with all the goofy dialogue and insane things being said and happening and then you get randomly sideswiped by a scene that resonates with the ol' kokoro. Absolutely incredible when this game pulls it off

The sequel to my personal #SaGa2025 is (almost) here, #MakeStuff2026! The 3 objectives I'm setting for myself are: Learn Draw Learn Pixel Art Learn RPGMaker I'm keeping expectations as grounded as I can, but 2025 taught me that I have a yearning to create and I want to start on that path in 2026.

After another session of poking around and things and learning how anything works (99% doesn't get it at all) I got to here with general battle ui with the help of plugins and a lot of tinkering. Pleased so far, although status effect handling in base rpgmaker ui is horrific so that's the next.

Rolled credits on Angeline Era, obviously some stuff to look around for still. Real good game, big highlights for me are boss design and the ost. Also managed to clip oob around a key door and the save file would have been bricked im pretty sure had I not been in postgame so should prob report that.

Brightis looks extremely like something I'd enjoy, too bad I'm illiterate

Waking up was an absolute disaster, awful nightmare into sleeping through alarm but Angeline Era made it all better, game owns, extremely pleased with the experience thus far. Only complaint is it mutes when you tab out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
