Finished Resleriana RW, there's quite a bit I liked (a few of the chars, alchemy) but it definitely has a decent bit working against it, entire game is pretty half-baked, it suffers a lot due to its relation to the gacha, they wanted a dungeon system but also to be a modern jrpg. Rias is cute.

Definitely doing it to myself because highest difficulty but yeah, don't like timed blocks in turn-based rpgs, although lower impact ones like Paper Mario are totally fine

Finished Dark Messiah of Might and Magic. Best known for the kicking, but really aught to also be known for the unhinged dialogue. Best summed up by the mc saying "Indeed, I seem to be surrounded by women who want things from me." Pretty fun when kicking orcs off a cliff and Home Aloneing people.

Finished BURGGEIST, an incredibly interesting game. Cool concept, cool worldbuilding, cool exploration, didn't overstay its welcome. Only real complaint is I wish it had more difficult content. Need more games where the capital P "Plebian" gets dropped in a huge aura farming moment.

Forgot to post yesterday but finished Dai-chan's Great Adventure: World's End. I'm not a collectathon guy at all but this was a lot of fun. The game is extremely jank (like really, I'm not kidding) but I had a ton of fun with it and it has tons of cool stuff in it like if the TP Spinner was good.

Alright now that worst case scenarios have (probably) been avoided I can gush about my time with April Fools Feast. Finished today after poking around wiki and seemingly doing all the content outside of rare dialogue or hard mode. Incredibly unique game that I'd really like to see find an audience.

Finished Half-Baked Girls so April Fools Feast starts tomorrow. Nice game, neat story and a lot of doujin soul, the rpg aspects were about to overstay their welcome although they were ok for my playtime. Controller died but it works in a diff usb slot so I'll just kick that problem down the road

Big enjoying Half-Baked Girls so far, very charming dialogue and side quests. I will say though it is huge rpg whiplash to come off of months of laby and this games rpgs aspects boil down to "you have 2 characters, one hits stuff better and one casts magic better" and equipment is a linear increase

Finished playing all the content in all the Labyrinth of Touhou games. Laby1 = Laby3(will prob get better with content) > Laby2, Laby1 main game being the absolute peak of the series. Actually not playing a touhou fangame on stream tomorrow for the first time since 1/28 I guess??? Feels weird

It's really funny that this exists. DoSM is truly a videogame, if only I could read. There's even a song to go with this, "大魔王レミリア"

For the record the actual best feature is how enemies on the map still move around while you're in combat and can just join in on the fight if they feel like it. Adds so much unpredictability and danger to even the most straightforward encounters and I don't think I've seen another RPG do it.
