Every person here does not sincerely believe transgender people are a threat or depraved, mentally-sick perverts. They're just willing to build a mountain of corpses to climb a mountain. This is, in many ways, more damning then those who believe in the "Transgender conspiracy" with all their heart.

In interviews with more than a dozen parents of trans kids, all but two said the process was not rushed. Assessments were comprehensive and professional. Also note that even the parents who think assessments *were* rushed indicate that their kids didn't end up transitioning.

The difference between youth transition and previous moral panics is that all the evidence indicates the *opposite* is the actual problem: Trans kids face far too much gatekeeping. Based on the medical and social evidence we should be making transition easier. Instead we're banning it by law.
