Yesterday, Vince called his unresponsive dad in hospital, and he opened his eyes briefly, smiled & waved. He did the same for his daughter who called from Australia straight after. His dad passed away quietly early this morning. He was waiting to hear from all his children before leaving this life.

Husband currently doing a Facetime call with his dad. Dad's in hospital where palliative care has said it's just a matter of time, and there's not much of it. A couple of hours ago his dad reached out in his sleep and called for his wife. She passed away seven months ago. It doesn't rain, it pours 😥

My oldest bought tickets to the airshow at Fairford, the Royal International Air Tattoo, for my husband's birthday in July. They were going to go together and he bought posh new binoculars for it! But, as it's on an airbase, it's been cancelled due to the Iran war. So, Trump ruined Vince's birthday.

Just finished watching all 4 episodes of 'Believe Me' on ITVX. I knew the case from seeing it on the News, but the incompetence of the police looking after rape victims was shocking. Only 3% of all reported rapes result in charges being brought. And they wonder why we still don't report them?

I'm completely overwhelmed at the moment. My life is in such chaos that I don't know where to turn - and that's in a literal sense - there's too much happening, and I just want to hide. If I felt better, stronger, and more coherent, I'd be able to cope, but I feel that's still a long way away.

In a bid to try and take control of my CFS relapse I've purchased the Visible band. It's not cheap, but I need to be able to understand my post exertional malaise and how to deal with it, before I can let my body heal.

Post exertional malaise is a vicious circle that I can't seem to get control of 😥 Arm/hand - it's not pain, it's severe exhaustion in my limbs, like lead weights, aching that you can't even explain, but reduces me to tears, that stops you gripping, moving them, deep muscle ache - is driving me mad.

I play pool better when I'm drunk! Vince says it's because I relax more and my shots are intuitive. It's definitely fun, and we picked up a pizza on the way home from the new pizza shop! I mean, it would be rude to just walk past! 🤣🍕🎱🖤

I feel completely broken. The last few months have taken its toll on my body and mind, and this weekend has been hell, then add to that my back giving way. I'm so tired.

Mama Bear is feeling a lot of heartbreak right now for one of her cubs. I've cried so much, hugged so much, and my body feels spent right now. When their heart breaks, so does yours.

Book haul, aaand... I just pressed 'buy' on a new pair of Docs in the Dr Marten sale. So, there goes my tattoo money! I can't get another tattoo until this CFS relapse has completely gone. I don't want my immune system fighting the ink! So, it's books and boots *shrugs* what else? 📖🥾🖤

I'm shattered, right now. My limbs are heavy, like sludge has filled them. I knew a relapse of CFS would be tough, but, I'd forgotten how bad it got. I'm glad that the tonsillitis has gone after 4 weeks. My immune system can now try to rebuild itself, and target the right things instead of itself.

5 minutes before the President announced a halt to attacks on Iran… someone placed a $1.5 BILLION bet on stocks going up and dumped $192 million in oil. 5 minutes… These trades were 4 to 6 times larger than anything else in the entire market. Whoever did this wasn’t guessing.
