I wanted to add a little to the Hiveworks discussion, as a non HW guy It's frustratingly common for a bad manager to divide and conquer artists by keeping them separate. this works especially well with creatives, because our bosses are often also creatives and why would another creative do that?

the grocery store clearly overestimated christmas chocolate in the current economy and is trying to move a metric assload of quality street & toblerone at 60% off. on the flipside, they're already pushing easter chocolate. If there's a clever marketing strategy here, I'm not seeing it.

Hiveworks artists have dealt with a lot, anyone working in comics should be reading this letter. We're glad to be able to facilitate this process through the Co-op.

I had some insight into Hiveworks dealings over a decade ago because Erstwhile was there. I can't speak on specifics because I didn't directly manage the relationship, but I know there were late payments etc that made me question their business acumen. This is, sadly, not terribly surprising news.

i've been spending the holidays resting, working on Velharthis (about 2 3rds done the next chapter), seeing friends, and playing video games. In addition to getting 100% on Age of Imprisonment, I've completed Record of Lodoss War Deedlit in Wonder Labyrinth (which I got last Christmas...)

Unfortunately, I discovered I have to actually clean my house myself or it doesn't, in fact, get clean.

I got 100% on Age of Imprisonment, including the 2 DLCs. I really wanted to play as Ganondorf tho...

If you've ever studied history, you'll notice one of the trends is that when shit gets bad, most people with any power to do anything about it will usually happily ignore it until they can't. Especially revolutions. It sounds dumb, but what can I say. People have always been people.
