So many of these areas, like this weird pale industrial green, demonstrate the absolute attention to detail of the texture of surfaces. Concrete and metal, reinforced glass all LOOKS right and so the colors are homogeneous but the areas feel very real.

Routine has amazing atmosphere. When you’re not being hunted by robots, it pays off to stop and look around you. Made by such a small team, it’s a video game worth the time. There are some slight spoilers in these screens, but I avoided any of the story stuff.

OK, I'm a bit late to this but if you like liminal spaces + analog horror + sci fi environments, then you ABSOLUTELY NEED to play ROUTINE. I have nothing but positive things to say about this game - 10/10. A beautiful audiovisual horror experience, wrapped neatly in a ~6 hour experience.
