Democrat leaders on this platform want you to believe they are the party of resistance while supporting genocide, rubber stamping Trump's nominees, folding on trans rights, using far-right rhetoric about migrants, working with mass surveillance companies, getting mad they weren't in on a coup.

The Texas lawmaker behind SB8 is now pushing a bill to clarify the medical exceptions and require training on the law. This is exactly what repro lawyers asked for with lawsuits that only centered these exceptional cases. The ban will still be there, it will just seem more "reasonable."

This narrow version of challenging Comstock simply doesn't make sense. We shouldn't allow this or any administration/DOJ to police "obscenity," full stop. What a missed opportunity for Dems & legacy repro orgs to evolve, connect the dots between issues, & challenge government interference.
