Yesterday's executive order is another harmful action and *does* make abundantly clear that this administration is going to continue to pursue attacks on the trans community. It *does not* ban gender affirming care for youth. Nor does it change the protections we have established in Minnesota.

All applications for gender marker change are on hold while the State Department changes this policy. Anyone who now submits an application for a change runs the risk of losing access to their passport and documents while their application is being processed.
