I started designing enamel pins in the beginning of my PhD when I wasn’t really sure about whether I belonged in science …. Now it has come full circle with seeing neuroscientists give them as gifts to their mentees to wear proudly My heart glows every time I hear a story like this 💕💕💕

We’ve all been feeling down, but it FINALLY hit 70 degrees in Minnesota, so we had our meeting in the sunshine ☀️

Spent the past month mentoring an undergrad from a local liberal arts college through submitting an abstract and creating a poster for this symposium ❤️ Nadia did a great job presenting 👏🏾✨ and I had fun judging some of the others posters 🤗 good way to spend a Saturday morning ✨
