I'm less concerned about whether or not a piece of media fits nicely into a little box determined by its namesake. Way too many people are getting caught up on whether or not Prime 4 is proper "Metroid" and making themselves miserable in the process. Is the game good on its own terms?

I finally had a chance to sit and actually play Metroid 4 and its incredible. Really makes me wonder where the bulk of the criticism is coming from and I'm starting to feel like its simply because people don't care about the elements of a game, that make it a game.

Joking aside, Prime 4 is actually quite good and I'm very relieved. I wonder where the general consensus will fall and how much of the games reputation will be influenced by the conversation prior to its release. Also, once again, I loved Other M and my favorite in the franchise is Fusion sooooo.

Stage 5 in BIRDCAGE might be my favorite Stage in any Shmup ever. I cannot stop thinking about it. An absolute masterpiece.

cool thing about birdcage is that you get a sword like radiant silvergun but also you can play it like a video game and have fun unlike radiant silvergun
