Why payment processors? No ID required. The system would automatically assume you're an adult. So if a minor can get their hands on a credit/debit card, it's either through shady shit or they have shit parents that spoil them rotten.

I think websites requiring ID verifications to weed out minors is stupid and authoritarian. So the best possible way is to lock access to apps and social media on their fuckass phones at the kernel level until they link their payment processors.
