So DOJ went to a federal grand jury and failed. Rather than giving up, they went to a local DC grand jury (possible due to DC’s status) on the same charge, and that grand jury indicted. Now DOJ is trying to move the case *back* to federal court. The judge is like… that doesn’t seem legal, brief it.
