I was a Missing Person in 2013. I talked to 3 cops while I was lost. 2 gave me rides, one to a full homeless shelter, the other to get me to stop walking barefoot on the freeway. Dropped me off nearby. Had my photo. Didn't check. Didn't care. Arrested me. THEN realized I was a Missing Person.
