Western fence lizard portrait, it's looking out from between two vertical rocks. Also, saw my first garter snake of the year in the garden, looked to be about a foot and a half long, possibly recently shed as its colors were quite bright. I love it when the garden starts to come back to life.

so I drove further west to Crystal Creek Falls. a short hike through the woods on a nice path. sky still overcast. found a good flow considering how low the lake is. took these & other pics and returned to my car to drive back home the way I came. I figured it a decent day with the pics I took.

Clemmie came out for a little bit today after her latest clutch fully dispersed the nest. We figured this would be a good time to have her play on her play gym, as it's been a while since she's had a play session. Safe to say she loved it! 😍 #jumpingspider
