Here's Armstrong the Vintage Diesel. Mesh is pretty much done. He is the Armstrong-Whitworth 1-Co-1 locomotive. Following the crankcase explosion in 1934, Hatt bought him on the cheap and had him repaired at their works. He then went into service alongside Emily on the Norramby branch. #STMY #TTTE

New #STMY lore. After the Arlesburgh branchline was closed in 1934, Felix was sold to the Ffarquhar Quarry Company. He worked there as the shunter, while Thomas ran the branchline. In 1956, after Toby arrived, Felix was sold to a museum on the mainland. #TTTE
