Quick references for some future “quickie” projects. From first to last: -CC&C 40’ double sheathed boxcar (accidentally used a 36’ foot) -CC&C 41’ gondola -CC&C 40’ outside braced boxcar All will be made from Accurail’s data only freight cars.

A project of mine, still in the works but going well: CC&C 483. A product of the Baldwin Locomotive Works, she’s currently the pride and joy of my collection. I’ve also taken some inspiration from the work of @interurbanera.bsky.social for this. Here’s a full photo and some glamour shots.

0-6-0 update: back from Morrison Loco Works with a fresh can motor repower and I've been wiring it up for DCC today.

The Alta California Railway meets Nacionales De Mexico at Guadalajara, commissioned by @interurbanera.bsky.social . (Not gonna lie, this has to be one of the best things I've ever done) If any of you model railroad guys want a portrait of your finest (or grubbiest) motive power, drop us a line!

Now THIS is a passenger train! This is 1980's Ferrocarril Pacifico, presumably "La Balla" (The Bullet) with the freshly purchased D&H 17 on the point, but ironically the PA isn't the rarest unit in the consist!

Is always fun to model the ALTA in the 60s with rebuilt first generation diesels alongside the last of steam

The EMD powered RSC-2R is coming to life after as a GP20 repowering after the GP18 shell had paint issues. Looks pretty fun and unique compared to the RSC-2M ALCO repowering.

New coach has been started. A 60' labelle 1905 kit with slightly shortened sides because Im turning it into another narrow vestibule car. Annoyingly, due to the shortening, the windows are now not aligned. Oh well.

One of the most beautiful 4-8-2 designs is also one of the last, the Rutland's L-1 class of 1946. ALCO really knocked it out of the park.
