With ADHD I have such a hard time getting stuff done, now I finally understand the use of making a checklist with smaller tasks to be done to really destroy the choice paralysis. Like instead of "clean the kitchen" I turn it into multiple tasks like "Unload the dishwasher, wipe the counter" etc
