I was so excited to see Project Hail Mary tonight! Having read the book, I knew it would be a fantastic movie (though I couldn’t imagine how on Earth - sorry Tau Ceti - they would pull it off, but they did! Wonderfully!) But also just excited to see a movie that isnt a blood sequel or remake 😅

Enjoyed getting to chat invasive corellas with Channel Nine News. Perth and Bunbury have large flocks of corellas established from aviary escapes and now naturalised. They are poorly studied and no longer being actively managed. We have commenced research on their ecology and genetics.
