Today is the last day I’m making lunch for my oldest kid for camp, because next week school starts and breakfast and lunch in MA. Free food for all kids in school means less stigma, less food insecurity for kids, and it means parents worry about one fewer thing on a daily basis.

I think a thing that's really hard for kids to wrap their heads around is that the JA incarceration was perfectly legal then and now. The Supreme Court never overturned Korematsu's conviction, the US District Court did. His conviction still stands as Supreme Court precedent.
