Had a craving for crab rangoon so M bought some frozen apps when grocery shopping. Just had them for lunch and I am very pleased 😄. A little more cream cheese would be nice but you can't really complain when something is meat forward because very often that's not the case.

This is pretty close to my Mom's recipe (except for the green peppers). I'll say though that I made corn chowder using corn I took off the cob and it was a whole lot more work but not any better flavour than using canned corn.

Clooney had an adventure this Caturday. He managed to squeeze under the woodpile to find the hole rabbits use to get in our yard. And he got out. He was probably just across the alley under the neighbours vehicles the whole time but we didn't know that and were very worried.
