Why didn't I realize all these years that I had a narcissistic partner... I'm still not entirely sure whether I might be narcissistic myself or whether I have a rather twisted perception of reality.

CW: trauma I was very brave today and showed my therapist my notes in which I wrote that I don't feel seen and that it's retraumatizing. I can only remember fragments of what happened after that, but I think my therapist deliberately provoked symptoms, probably to see if I was just faking everything

CW: trauma It still feels awful to have the feeling that doctors and therapists don't recognize my problem. I wish my life didn't feel so fragmented and chaotic. Apparently, this is unimaginable for most people, which is why I feel like no one here believes me and even makes accusations against me.

how do you live, without a name, without an idea of yourself to cling to? do you even see yourself, dripping with red as you are, when you catch a glimpse of what might be you in the mirror? do you see a knife? just skin and bones and meat? or a silhouette of nothing at all?

No matter how many ups and downs I go through in therapy, I currently consider myself one of the happiest people in the world. I feel incredibly loved and secure, and I hope that I am able to reflect these feelings.

I have my MRI appointment in two hours. I am well prepared and will be able to say what the focus should be on... I will also confront the radiologist performing the scan with the latest research findings. I'm fed up with skeptical specialists.

I showed my latest drawing to some patients today and someone said that I could earn extra money with it. It still sounds pretty surreal to me, but why not... I have too many plans for the future!!! Even my therapist was excited and she asks me every time if I've drawn the painting digitally 😅
