It's shocking video. I was struck by how several ICE agents scatter once the shots are fired. Absolutely stunning. By the way, word is the victim was armed. Minnesota happens to ALLOW conceal-carry of firearms.

I don't think in my lifetime there has ever been a U.S. federal agency as universally and deservedly hated (in this country, anyway) as ICE.
