After ICE did this in Illinois, the Secretary of State revoked the plates, sent a cease and desist to ICE, threatened to suspend rental car licenses for allowing ICE to swap plates and set up a tip hotline to report plate tampering. MN deserves the same action.

Masked men wearing ICE vests—but who refused to present a warrant or identify themselves—roped off a construction site, trapping two men on a roof for hours in subzero temps. Protesters gathered. Masked men eventually left, and one man on the roof was taken away by ambulance

For a 1945 recording session for RCA that yielded 6 sides, Leonard Feather, as leader and producer, paid himself $180. Duke only got $90. Billy Strayhorn got $80. Johnny Hodges, $150. Red Norvo a paltry $50. Louis Armstrong did OK though: $300. Archival research is fun. Tax documents are great.
