This poor family had their home raided and someone detained. A judge said DHS had no right so he needed to be released. They released him from custody with an order to appear the next day, at which point they detained him again. 20 years, no violations, most recently checked in a couple weeks ago.

Reposting. This FB post has cases cited that deal with law enforcement shooting at cars. Estate of Starks v Enyart 1993 Thompson v Hubbard 2001 Abraham v Raso 1999 Adams v Spears 2007 Agent repeatedly put himself in the path of a running vehicle, a full lap and around the front a second time.

That agent did a full lap around her running car, crossing in front of it twice and behind it once. That alone is an unsafe practice. He filmed with his phone in his right hand until he came around the front the second time and swapped over to his right to free his weapon hand.
