As a person with acne, this helps my self-image: studying the faces of people who have it, and realizing they are still beautiful even though their skin has imperfections.

I donated a bunch of comics to my public library and it felt so cool seeing them on the bookshelves when I went in. A kid is going to get to read the books that helped me become a writer.

My #artvsartist for this year! I loved working with bright colors, glowing lights and swoopy shapes. The smudge tool had a chokehold on me and completely changed my rendering process. I wish I’d had more time for my art, but I still think I churned out some decent pieces. How was this year for you?
