It was a leg day and we did it- decided to focus on glutes for next couple months… wonder if I should track progress here 🍑

Bleh, not satisfied- but happy I got in today and put in the work. Now to keep the momentum.

Sauna was closed again 😢- but instead of being all butt hurt about it I added 20 extra minutes of muscle pump finishers and now I’m ready to kick today’s ass. Try to look at the little bumps in the road today as opportunities to be flexible, pivot, and go for something even bigger and better! 👽 👻

Literally only 5 second alone in the sauna this AM- but we did it and we are ahead of schedule today, so off to grade a mountain of exams before the bell rings! Wish me luck! Set some goals today and then smash them out of the park! 🎃🧬🔥🍁☠️🍂🎊💋

Too tired to think….

Monday, so we did a traditional chest day. Decided to go super heavy and low reps and we hit 315- not too shabby. The melons feel pumped so now we rest and recover… oh yeah and go to work🍈 🍈 👻 👽 🌈

What a weird Monday…. Last lectures and reviews. Thank goodness it’s the end of the semester! I need to go feral soon, any takers?
