First day alone in the sauna in a LONG ASS time- first official day back with the old students and nervouscited for what’s in store for me. Whatever happens at least we got in a good workout and sweat. I need playtime… 👽 🧙 🦄 🌈 💪 🏋️

First day back in the 5AM club, saw and said hi to the old crew- felt good. Tons of extra people but not too annoying, they will probably fade as the month ends, New Year’s resolution people and all. Feeling good, lots to do, but we have a plan. We did tits today and they are feeling full 🏋️ 💪 👽 🦄 🌈

Feeling so so off- feels like it’s been months since I worked out, been crazy sick, and my sleep is way way off, but we came to the gym today. Fighting the feeling of deafest and trying to psych myself up for tomorrow already. The world also sucks ass- melt 🧊; encourage yourself, encourage others ❤️

Just finished last chest day of 2025- then had a fight with some MAGA a-holes in the sauna…. Good riddance 2025- I will take the lessons with me, but I will eagerly embrace this new chapter….stay weird and use your voice 👻 👽 🦞 🧙 🐂🌈🦄

Been a couple days since we got in a workout cuz the old holi-dazeeeed! Can see some of the extra cookies around the mid section, but that’s alright. Today was light- but we’re back tomorrow at 5AM to continue the bulk and mass transformation…. Damn I need more protein.

Sauna only today… we are recovering…

Looking wild cuz I lasted 30 minutes again! Now boom into the fridayverse…. I’m too tired to think, feels like I’m stumbling and falling through the end of this year….

The YMCA doesn’t have a formal cold plunge- so I just set it to extra cold and force my head under for 3 minutes… is it good for me, idk- but I sure do feel awake! Today was weird- winter closures has my day flipped around. At least no matter what else happens I know I got a good pump in! 😜🍁👽🤞🌈🦄👻

So it was a shoulder day and then the sauna was packed, wanted a progress pic and was waiting for it to clear- one dude remained and he would leave for forever pissed me off, but pushed me to a 32 minute sauna and I got this pic right before this other dude walked in and caught me… oops…👻 👽 💥 🧙 🐬 🍑

We did a crazy leg Sunday, followed by a record 32 minutes in the sauna, then we cold showered for three and feeling explosive now…. When life feels overwhelming- push harder… 💥 👽 🧙 👻

Monday, so we did a traditional chest day. Decided to go super heavy and low reps and we hit 315- not too shabby. The melons feel pumped so now we rest and recover… oh yeah and go to work🍈 🍈 👻 👽 🌈

Before and After…. Another Friday morning in the books. Got a busy weekend being dad and getting my those kids carted around, but we’re marinated and ready to crush it! Go get it too!!!! 💋 🦄 🌈 👾 💡 🐷

Woke up 2 hours late this AM- guess my body knew I needed rest needless to say, threw my morning off and I was a full blown grump. Decided to take a breath and move things around- got in on my lunch for a solid yet efficient leg day now a quick sweat and then back into my Thursday chaos now managed.

It’s too early…

Tuesday already feels like a marathon, but at least we got the workout in- my mind is blank, my focus is peace and joy and I’m going to try to hold onto gratitude real hard today and try my best…. ✌️ ❤️ 👽 👻 💪

Too crowded, too tired, long weekend, but we got a full shoulder Monday in. Feeling naughty tired too and I need a really aggressive massage if anyone knows of one in the Philadelphia and greater surrounding region. The kind where a giant person twists you into a sports massage style pretzel… 🥨

Ooooppssss…. I really just meant to sauna and light cardio, but the weights called to me and I did some back and now I’m exhausted…..🥱 💪 😴 🍕👽

Saturday and we got it in- feeling motivated to grow and then gunna sleep inside and aquarium tonight! 😴 🐟 🐠 🦈 🐢 🐬

Packed Friday gym- but made it in sauna for almost 30, feels like I unlocked a deeper level of sweat and stink today…. time to wash up and get to work. Go kick today’s ass everybody!! Looking to have a wild weekend….

Today feels silly…. Wait maybe I’m just really sleep deprived and overworked…. Well here is to the mid-fall 🍂 👻 🦃 idk but ever since daylight savings it’s felt more like a harsh plummet than a fall….

Woke up late so we had to gym between work and dad life…. Afternoon works out hit different than 5AM, but we still got it in…. Also some rando meathead complimented me and then proceeded to tell me I should get on test….. thoughts internet? I am getting old now….. 👻 👽 💪

November has been a crap ton work already- but we’re slowly making it through. Decided to cut gym time short to save my sanity and get to work early to check some stuff off the list. Make the choices to support your overall mental health. Ya gotta put your own mask on first….

Tuesday never ends up being the kinda day I think it will be- oh well, at least we got a workout in. Time to get caught up with life. Hollar at your boy- he needs motivation…. 👻 👽 🌙 💫 🪄

Monday after the time change feels weird and off… trying to embrace the tumble through fall into winter. I worked a bunch yesterday to make today feel less chaotic- but I feel it still looming. Time to make a list and check things off- ADHD be my superpower in my time of need! Xoxo Gossip Girl 💋

Felt pukey all workout and then super nauseous in the sauna… but despite all that I still crushed my leg day and got almost full sauna time. Today was super crowded though… wish I had my own private gym…. Anyone wanna help me out 😉🤪🦄🧙👻

Monday morning and woke up exhausted, but also woke up to clean and organized life l. Sometimes it’s worth giving up more of your free time to get your shit together- so you can relax, and that later might not come for 4 weeks and that’s okay- preserving and pushing yourself. Dads gotta set the bar.
