OOLAZILLA ATTACKS! Look up and despair. I did a skateboard painting for the latest Feral Gallery art show (opening this Friday.) It’s my first painting in at least a decade. Oola herself was wide-eyed and seemed quite happy with the results, though with an accusatory look of “get out of my head!”

I’ve done some work with Colfax Ave BID in the past, so they hung a red heart to me in appreciation. My heart is in front of a gas station, next to a bus stop, and across the street from a sketchy Taco Bell. I’m utterly okay with this. This feels right. This feels proper.
