I am awake, sober,and mightily pissed off.

It's 2am, because I couldn't stand to look at my social media and see the endorsement overturned. It makes me wonder... Why don't we control the executive committees for ward 4 and 5? Why is it so exhausting to attend their meetings?? Can't we elect progressives to fill those slots?

I think thay what this really means is that rather than leaving the DFL, we need to commitvto controlling all of its various committees. It's really only a few dozen people to take control of every organizing unit.

It's so frustrating to me that the State DFL refused to help fund the City Convention, forcing organizers to do their best with what they had. And now the richest people in (and outside) Minneapolis are willing to throw their money around to try to invalidate that convention
