I had a go at one of today's Tour de France climbs, the Col de la Madeleine, on Zwift's climbing portal, but my legs are still weary after a weights session so I bailed after 660 m or so of ascent. Brutal climb- and it's only one of four big climbs on today's stage. www.strava.com/activities/1...

33 very sweaty Zwift miles this morning, probably would have been drier if I’d gone out in the rain 😂. Sweated out 3.5kg. Started with a trip up Hautacam, aimed for sub 60 mins but my legs went in the second half and ended up doing 60:42. Followed it up with a spin with Yumi and then Coco. 🥵🚴‍♂️

This weekend we've chosen two one-off race events as our top features. Additional picks include Pride On events, an extra-long group ride, and a banded ride up Alpe du Zwift. Ride on!

Hot and humid already in the #HudsonValley. Add in air quality alerts so it's time for some indoor riding again. #Zwift and #pacergroups saves the day again.

32 miles on Zwift after work, delayed start as had to pull the kitchen apart trying to find a mouse George allegedly brought in (no sign of it found). Started with a race but lack of warm up hampered me a bit but still managed 12th out of 27. Finished off with 21 miles that included climb portal 🚴‍♂️

I managed 29 miles on Zwift this morning. Some long hill repeats in Innsbruck. 4000 ft of climbing and ticked off a new route in the process. Probably have a rest day tomorrow. 🚴‍♂️

Rained all day and a heavy rain warning was issued in my region. Stayed home and went downstairs to my pain cave before supper. I was not able to find a social ride event at the time and settled for a short race in Makuri. I span pretty hard in the last lap to finish 1st. #zwift

Getting my endurance back is such a pain some days. But I also enjoy it. It's a true love/hate relationship. Yesterday was the longest ride on Zwift I've done since my surgery...and it felt like it. Pushed it on my last lap to grab some sweet PRs. 😮‍💨/🤗.

Skipped #Parkun in Seaside Park in the morning. Rode on the indoor trainer late at night. Joined a #Zwift race as a D rider. Span pretty hard for 20 km on Neokyo route with 20 others. I stayed in the main pack most of the time. Although I sprinted in the last 800 m, I finished at 7th / 20.

first try using a custom workout to climb the Alpe du #Zwift. Need to rework it to finish in ~1:20 (including the lead-in) so I can harvest those sweet sweet XP on the descent. It'll be a while before I can do the climb in <1h, but I'll get there.
