Our cat Rigby crossed the rainbow bridge yesterday. He was 18 and the best cat ever. The sweetest boy. We are heartbroken 💔. I wish I could have one more cuddle. But I am thankful he is no longer in any pain.

Road to Sky to make it up Alpe de Zwift. Snagged the QOM and finished 17th overall. 🤗 I was definitely ready to get off the bike after 1h30+. Next time, I'll just take the ski lift up! 😮‍💨😅

Oh heeeey...look who got first on the latest Zwift race 🏆🥇. Of course, my score went up to 167 which means "bye bye" to leading the pack for a while. 😅🥺

Route of the week ✅️ Got some PRs and a green jersey🟢. Really focused on improving my endurance and I'm finally starting to see some results. 🤗

Today on my ride I got a DM. Seemed innocent enough, but he quickly asked about my bra size. This is really upsetting to me. Zwift is my safe space to work out. To have fun. I was working so hard and I just lost all energy afterwards. I've reported him and blocked him. But I'm still so upset.

I did it ... but at what cost? 😅 Zwift tour, stage 3: Held 1st place for the first 6 miles. Then just started to get tired and 3 others turned on the gas. But that's ok! So so sooo happy with the progress I've made. 🤗

Its good to be the Queen.🟢🟠 Also pretty easy when there are only a handful of people on the course 😜😇

Did some micoburst today. The road not loading in Zwift was a bit trippy and very entertaining, although distracting.

Finished the Inside Out program on Zwift with the lovely 'Oh Hill No' KOM. To my pleasant surprise, I kept the same FTP I had last year. Post ACL surgery and I'm back to where I was last year? Yassss 🎉

Starting to think I'm getting in shape thanks to Zwifts Inside Out program. Two KOMs and I felt pretty good after that ride. And the views from the top 🤌 Ride On 🤙

Got my new bike on the trainer (finally)! Even more apparent of how ill-fitting my old bike was. I'm tired but satisfied with the ride ☺️

Zwift...girl, no. I do not feel "fresh" after doing an hour-long ramp-up workout. But I appreciate your confidence in my endurance. 😅

Today is a big day. First run outside in years (very slow and very short). Learning to trust my knee is a crazy mind game. Then I hopped on the bike. I really didn't think I was gonna finish but I did it! I'll have to go back and do the longer versions of these workouts soon, but for now, ride on!!

Getting my endurance back is such a pain some days. But I also enjoy it. It's a true love/hate relationship. Yesterday was the longest ride on Zwift I've done since my surgery...and it felt like it. Pushed it on my last lap to grab some sweet PRs. 😮‍💨/🤗.

I'm back and more focused than ever. Goal of the spring is to get in shape again, while strengthening my left leg, of course. 2.5 months post-ACL/Meniscus surgery and I'm feeling more and more myself again. And Zwift released app updates and new routes in France for me to explore! LFG!

Back on the bike! Even though this was short and slow, I feel so energized being back in the saddle on Zwift. 🥳🚴‍♀️

2.5 weeks post-op. Trying to get back on the bike. Seat raised and still couldn't make a full rotation. But it was so lovely to be back in the saddle. 🤠🚴‍♀️

Recovering from ACL surgery this time around has been the worst. Knee looks great, surgery went great, but now I get hives all over my leg? Seriously? 😰

Day 1 post-surgery was horrible, today was better. Plus I have this handsome cat watching over me always makes me feel better.

ACL surgery was a success and I'm home recovering. But like...can I do a quick bike ride? Just like 10 miles. A true recovery ride. Please? Jkjk 😅🩼

Last ride before ACL surgery, so I had to go big. Did the long ride for stage 3 of the Tour de Zwift. I think this was my longest ride inside ever. Felt great until I had 10 miles left, but I got a second wind with 7 miles to go. Ride on! 🚴‍♀️

"I think I'll just do an easy recovery ride on Zwift today" - proceeds to pick a difficult workout 😅 😮‍💨

Not sure if was vibing with this course on Zwift today. It felt quick and also long and like, why so hilly? But it's crunch time! ACL surgery in a week. 🤠
