This feels like the flashback in the beginning of one of those dystopian novels or movies.

This is gonna sound crazy but I think the worst part of lifestyle changes, particularly losing weight is that I have to make even MORE food choices than I did previously. Deciding what to eat always feels like a chore to boot.
