Whenever I'm coloring, it always feels like it looks kinda like shit until, all of a sudden, it inexplicably all comes together.

Was playtesting a build with our layout guy yesterday and it was really neat to imagine the noodling they were doing once they drew their cards, knew their loadout's capabilities and their MB's specialty. To a certain extent, the cards felt like tarot cards, telling them the destiny of their turn.

all these #MORKBORG characters are from an old game i ran in 2024 with drop-in-drop-out parties and stuff. not many survived the end of the world, but some held out alright.

Tody's session of Mechanized Body, our Masons' broke out the rebellion pilot, Last Supper, but now face their final foe. A FortCraft, callsign Count of Three. In deploying it, Bloc Saxony hopes to crush the last remnants of the Zanzibar-1's rebellion- thereby preserving their "peace" in the Blocs.

Nuclear Cavalier

Often I’m reminded that there is 1000% a justification to center representation in my work. Just downloaded a character asset pack of 100 faces and 1 looked like me. Which is insignificant in terms of I’m talking about a lil asset pack, but it’s indicative a normalized after thought mentality.

Pulling up with another character- showing off both Mechanized Body's character sheet (which i'm aware i'm sharing alot) and just how unique decks can be. This is Ali Bonefer, CS: Haymaker- they got a good bit of reaction cards (which stay in your hand end of turn) so they can thrive in the melee.

ok i'm out of control- it's just fun to see the character sheet presented this way. i can't promise this won't be my last one, but say hey to first name: Summer, last name: Fall, Callsign: White Winter In the Nottingham their goal is to charge down the GOs opfor and turn'em to soda coke cans.

Next addition: the pips to show how many cards are in the deck, plus coloration to show maneuver, reaction, instinct and system attack card types i really like the splash of color and it helps players quick reference what they have in/left in their deck.

Slight improvement, cus you know, mechs and scale are cool. The goal of this is that players can print out their assembly record sheet to refer to. Having their pilot stuffs on the top left, mech stuffs bottom left, and on the right info on their pilot deck and skill points for tac combat rolls.

Check out a few of my favorite maps from the latest Mechanized Body playtests. Maps ranges from 10x10 up to 10x20. I built these for a mix of operations, including VIP protection, asset destruction, and escape. Getting everything to fit into a tight, meaningful footprint has been challenging.

Skycrest city WIP I think the ramp needs to be longer and more gentle, but space travel requires sacrifice and balls of steel. Also I draw this initially in pencil and it turned into a nightmare trying to alter it hehe

Messing around with Foundry VTT to build some gameplay examples for the playtest doc. This walkthrough covers the rules for making successive attacks with the same weapon. I dig that Foundry works so well for this. I thought about using Inkarnate, but having the built-in dice roller is a plus."
