If the majority of the investment is going into the gas network, why is most of the cost going onto the electricity bill? Especially as everyone has electricity (cost shared by more people).

Elon Musk openly called for violence on our streets yesterday. I hope politicians from all parties come together to condemn his deeply dangerous and irresponsible rhetoric. Britain must stand united against this clear attempt to undermine our democracy.

Opportunistic spin from the Lib Dems. The IHT change is not a 'family farm tax'. It's an inherited wealth tax, on assets over £1.3m (x2 for a married couple). It's closing a loophole. Actually, it's *still* a subsidy: the rate farmers pay is 1/2 that of non-farmers. And they get 10 years to pay it

I worry that climate is the issue which will be most impacted by Trump's victory. It's essential for our children's future that in the UK we hang on to the consensus on the need for action, and learn what messages work with people outside the activist bubble.
