this seems like the wrong takeaway. the bad guys don't just evaporate because they're bad; that's not how bad guys work! the crypto backed centrist spent five times as much as his opponent and got curb stomped. this is a good thing!

This is a good time to remember that immigration judges aren’t real judges. They work for DOJ as part of the executive branch (under Bondi and Trump) and the fact that we call them judges like they’re independent arbiters would be laughable in a free and fair country.

I really think Stratton will be a boon in the senate. she wants to abolish ICE. she wants m4a. she wants to dump Schumer. and she understands that she is not going to the senate to agree with donald trump on anything.

Austin’s Surge of New Housing Construction Drove Down Rents
After decades of explosive growth, Austin, Texas, in the 2010s was a victim of its own success. Lured by high-tech jobs and the city’s hip reputation, too many people were competing for too few homes....

my kid came home from kindergarten today and announced she was setting a trap to catch a leprechaun. apparently other kids at school always end up with candy and treats in their annual leprechaun traps, so she’s pretty stoked to see what she gets. I am begging other parents to fucking cool it

Important to recall that Obama tried middle class tax cuts and they ended up being across the board tax cuts bc the GOP held unemployment insurance hostage. It's a tried and failed strategy.

Just spoke to Terri Jackson & WNBPA outside counsel Deb Willig. Both said big issues remain. But for the first time, Willig believes they can now say "we've made some progress." Adds she "would hope" a term sheet gets done the next 15-20 hours but it's been an unusual negotiation
