We don’t need AI to “be creative” for us; we need a world in which there is time and space to wonder, joke and play with words. To fuck around with color and texture, to experiment with an intriguing sound, without the need to immediately convert process and artifact into engagement to stay solvent.

I hate "it's not going anywhere" and "it's here to stay" inevitability language It's not brave or bold to latch onto something you've been convinced is powerful, it's cowardly & pathetic Things don't just happen to you. Surrendering your agency to avoid the fight at all is spineless, not wise

Packing an order (two small originals and a bunch of christmas cards) while listening to vintage christmas music...pretending the thousand other urgent things I have to finish until sunday don't exist. Life is good. I'm not stressed. Everything will be fine. Help.

I'd rather never consume any form of content, art, music, games,movies and so on ever again than watch/read/play/listen to anything that was made with gen AI. I'd rather move deep into the woods without any internet and simply create for myself and never share it with anybody.
