This is what I think the Trump-Republican plan is. Trump’s comment about cutting Medicare to pay for warfare is his “Romney 47%” moment. He said out loud what Republicans are planning to do private: Cut Medicare, Medicaid, and ACA, then block grant rest to the states, and have then fund the rest.
