Right now in the UK, young people granted refugee status face homelessness when having to move on from their asylum accommodation. We've seen huge improvements with the eviction period being increased to 56 days - but this has to be made permanent.

Rachel Reeves commits to ending the use of hotels in the asylum system by the end of the parliament. At the end of March there were just over 32,000 people being housed in hotels - should be more than achievable with a focus on running an effective asylum system.
