You have to understand, complaining that you are being silenced (however tenuous the claim is) is the final step in performing the incantation that moves you from the minor leagues of professional transphobia (analytic philosophy) to the major league.

You’re telling me that a transphobic philosopher failed to engage with trans philosophy, trans healthcare research, or trans studies, did some awful philosophy from first principles to justify their transphobia, and then cried censorship about it?? Good luck with that! Oh. Oh no.

There’s an ecosystem in philosophy where people spend countless hours and posts defending transphobes using arguments that only work if you are able, as they do, to maintain total ignorance about the state of trans healthcare, trans rights, or the quality of the work of the transphobe in question.
